1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be processed.

2. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

Delivery invoice/order confirmation is submitted.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

Personalised/customized products

Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Digital products, gift cards, downloadable content
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

After your request is reviewed, we will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Always keep your return tracking number.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of defective/wrong item.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a new order after receiving the returned item.

Customer is responsible for any price difference.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
