Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to kidsculturellp.com. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be processed.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support at customercare@kidsculturellp.com with your order details.


2. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  3. All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  4. Delivery invoice/order confirmation is submitted.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • Personalised/customized products

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products, gift cards, downloadable content


4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at customercare@kidsculturellp.com

  2. Subject line: Return Request – Order #[OrderID]

  3. In the email, include:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (if damaged/defective)

After your request is reviewed, we will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Always keep your return tracking number.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of defective/wrong item.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order after receiving the returned item.

  • Customer is responsible for any price difference.

  • Contact support to check availability before returning.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos showing the issue.

  3. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund.
